2. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
Our Website and participation in BBQ Rush’s subscription programs are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we are unable to accept Phone In Orders from children under the age of 13. We also use Closed Circuit TV cameras to collect images of our guests in our restaurants in order to protect the rights, property, or safety of BBQ Rush’s, and our team members, guests, or others.

· Promotional Offers from BBQ Rush. If you are a member of BBQ Rush’s subscription program or otherwise have an online account with us, we may use your contact information to promote our own and third parties’ products and services. If we have sent you a promotional email or text, you may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of that email or text to be omitted from future promotional email and text distributions. This opt out does not apply to emails related to a transaction, such as emails related to a restaurant order or product service experience, or emails related to your relationship with BBQ Rush’s, such as an email to help you reset your password or for us to respond to an email from you.
You can learn more about interest-based advertisements and your opt-out rights and options from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on its website (www.networkadvertising.org) and from members of the Digital Advertising Alliance on its website (www.aboutads.info). We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. 7. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Website and visiting your “Profile” page. You may also notify us through the Contact Information below of any changes or errors in any Personal Information we have about you to ensure that it is complete, accurate, and as current as possible. We may also not be able to accommodate your request if we believe it would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
